Boasting original hardwood post and beam construction, “speak-easy” style private bar and lounge, newly renovated wedding suite, modern commercial kitchen and updated amenities, the 1765 historic farmhouse is perfect for smaller, more intimate affairs. Our grounds are bursting with blooming perennial gardens that perfectly pair with our heritage apple orchard and working micro farm to create a private and authentic Maine experience.

With a lifelong passion for food and fetes, Chef Ethan Kramer holds celebration in high regard!


A born and bred New Englander with a taste for travel and experiencing life off the beaten path. Ethan loves cooking with bold flavors, practiced technique and a wealth of personal experience. Chef Kramer knows how to make your menu an unforgettable one and wishes to make it so.

After attaining his culinary arts degree at Southern New Hampshire  University and beginning his career in Ogunquit, Maine. Chef Kramer decided to take his experience on the road to continue his journey. He has traveled the Eastern Seaboard working for some of the top names in the food industry.


Ethan is excited to share his love of cooking and food with you to offer an exciting, flavorful and well executed experience for you and your guests.

  • Our Sales Manager will reach out to you directly to discuss your event requirements and determine if Arrowheads Estate is the right fit for you.

  • Next, your Event & Wedding Coordinator will take over. We'll collaborate with you over the months leading to your wedding, coordinating your menu and tasting, floor plan and seating chart, timeline, and more.

  • We have an extensive list of recommended vendors based on your tastes and budget, though there is no obligation to use any of them.

Our team will be with you every step of the way, from your initial inquiry until the end of your event day.
