About The Chef:
Ethan Kramer is Co Owner & Executive Chef of Southern Maine Kitchen. Ethan attained his degree in culinary arts at Southern New Hampshire University before beginning his cooking career right here on the southern Maine seacoast. Formerly at the kitchens helm of The Front Porch Restaurant, Brix & Brine Restaurant and First Hill Restaurant. Chef Kramer is excited to blend his passion for cooking and his passion for cannabis to bring you this menu!
